- Rates: Based on double occupancy, do not include 8% VI hotel tax and cleaning fees, $75.00 for cottages and $50.00 for smaller units.
- *Daily Rate: 3-night minimum stay.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Balance is due upon arrival.
- Payment: MC/Visa, money orders, cash, and traveler's checks are accepted.
- Cancellations: Your deposit, less a $50.00 service fee, will be refunded should you cancel 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be refunded if we can book the time. Otherwise the deposit will be used toward a future stay.
- Check In: 3:00 PM
- Check Out: 12:00 PM
- Smoking: Permitted outside only.
